Do you need supplies? For example, Sharps containers, the technicians will only sometimes know you need Sharps containers; please remind them during service or drop a note here in the comments box.

Will-Call Customers should expect (2) two weeks for a pickup, in some locations, 30 days.

Will-Call Customers Pre-Pay or Auto-Pay before service

The responsibility for monitoring the Biohazard medical waste box falls on the customer; you must allow enough time for us to get you on the schedule and service, and next-day or same-week service is almost impossible.
